By Sanjeev Kapoor 18 Nov 2014 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Prawns, Pomelo Cuisine Fusion Course Salads Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 0-5 minutes Serve 4 Taste Tangy Level of Cooking Moderate Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Prawn and Pomelo Salad 200 grams Prawns steamed 100 grams Pomelo peeled 100 grams Tomatoes diced 100 grams Spring onions sliced 50 grams Coconut shredded 1 medium Onion sliced 1 stalk Lemon grass only the soft part Dressing 1 tablespoon Red chilli paste 2 tablespoons Olive oil extra virgin a handful Basil leaves shredded 2 tablespoons Jaggery water 2 tablespoons Peanuts/Hazelnuts to season Salt 1 tablespoon Lemon juice Method In a dry mixing bowl, whisk the oil, jaggery water, lemon juice and chilli paste. Add the shredded basil and season with salt. In another bowl mix all the ingredients for the salad, add the dressing and give it a good massage.
