Prawns with Chilli Garlic Basil A superb combination of prawns, fresh red chillies, garlic and basil leaves. Roughly chop spring onion bulbs, red capsicum and red chillies. Add spring onion bulbs and garlic to the pan and sauté for half a minute. Add capsicum, prawns, and salt and mix well. Add ¼ cup water, tamarind paste, red chillies and mix well. Add basil leaves and mix well and cook till the prawns are done. Transfer the prawns onto a serving plate and serve hot.
