This recipe is from FoodFood TV channel By Sanjeev Kapoor 26 Jan 2022 in Recipes Course New Update Protein Rich Poha Main Ingredients Pressed rice (poha), Sprouted moth beans Cuisine Indian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 0-5 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients 1½ cups pressed rice ½ cup sprouted moth beans ½ cup sprouted green gram (moong) Salt to taste ½ large onion, peeled 1 tablespoon oil 10-15 curry leaves ½ teaspoon cumin seeds 1 inch ginger 1 green chilli ½ teaspoon turmeric powder ½ lemon Red radish slices for garnish Fresh coriander sprig for garnish Method Heat a non-stick pan, add moth, green gram, ¼ cup water and salt. Mix well and cook till the sprouts soften. Roughly chop onion. Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add curry leaves and cumin seeds and sauté till the seeds change colour. Add onion, sauté well and cook till translucent. Finely chop ginger, green chilli and add to the pan. Mix well and cook for 1 minute. Add cooked sprouts mixture, cover and cook for 2 minutes. Add turmeric powder and salt and mix well. Take pressed rice in a large bowl, wash and strain well. Add pressed rice to the onion-sprout mixture and mix well. Cook for 1-2 minutes. Squeeze the juice of lemon into the pan, mix well and cook for 1-2 minutes.
