By Sanjeev Kapoor 22 Jul 2020 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Amaranth, Jaggery (gur) Cuisine Indian Course Desserts Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 6-10 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Rajgira Chikki - SK Khazana 1 cup Amaranth puffed 1 cup Jaggery (gur) chopped 1 1/2 tablespoons Cocout oil Rock salt (sendha namak) Green cardamom powder 1/4 cup Mixed nuts slivered Method Heat coconut oil in a non-stick pan, add jaggery and rock salt and mix till the jaggery melts. Add puffed rajgira, green cardamom powder and mixed nuts and mix well and cook for 1-2 minutes. Take the pan off the heat. Transfer the mixture into a greased burfi tray and spread it evenly. Keep aside for 5-10 minutes. Cut into squares and set aside to cool completely.
