Raw Banana and Sweet Potato Pav Bhaji A different version of pav bhaji made with raw bananas and sweet potatoes This recipe is from FoodFood TV channel By Sanjeev Kapoor 16 Jul 2018 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Medium raw bananas, Medium sweet potatoes Cuisine Indian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 21-25 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Raw Banana and Sweet Potato Pav Bhaji 2 Medium raw bananas boiled, peeled and grated 2 Medium sweet potatoes boiled, peeled and mashed 8 Pav 2 tablespoons Ghee 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds 1 inches Ginger grated 2 Medium tomatoes chopped 1 sachet ( Tata Sampann Pav Bhaji Masala 1/2 cup Tomato puree to taste Salt 1 Medium green capsicum finely chopped 2 tablespo For topping Butter 1 teaspoon Lemon juice 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves chopped for garnish Fresh coriander sprig Method Heat ghee in a non-stick pan. Add cumin seeds and sauté till the seeds change colour. Add ginger and sauté well. Add tomatoes, mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add Tata Sampann Pav Bhaji Masala, mix well and sauté for a minute. Add tomato puree and mix well. Add raw bananas, sweet potatoes, salt and mix well. Add 2½ cups water, stir, cover and cook for 5-6 minutes. Add capsicum, 2 tablespoons butter, lemon juice and mix. Add coriander leaves and mix well. Transfer in a serving bowl.
