  1. Wash and cut the mango into small pieces. Mix red chilli powder and salt. Set aside for a half an hour.
  2. Heat oil in a non stick pan, add asafoetida and mustard powder. Saute for thirty seconds and pour over the mango pieces. Store in glass jars in the refrigerator.
