By Sanjeev Kapoor 02 Mar 2017 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Rice vermicelli, Oil Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 6-10 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Rice Noodle Fritters 200 grams Rice vermicelli for deep-frying Oil 1-2 Fresh red chillies finely chopped 1 teaspoon Fennel seeds (saunf) roasted and crushed 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds roasted and crushed to taste Crushed black peppercorns to taste Salt 1 small Onion finely chopped 1 Egg white to serve Sweet chilli sauce Method Take vermicelli in a bowl. Add warm water, cover with cling film and keep till vermicelli softens. Heat sufficient oil in a pan. Strain the soaked vermicelli into a bowl and chop roughly. Add red chillies, crushed fennel seeds, crushed cumin seeds, crushed peppercorns, onion and salt and mix. Add egg white and mix well. Put spoonful of vermicelli mixture directly into hot oil and deep-fry till golden and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.
