Mix rice flour with ΒΌ cup hot milk to make a smooth paste. When milk comes to a boil, add 3 tablespoons rice flour paste and mix well. Cook till mixture thickens a little. Add sugar and mix till sugar dissolves completely. Cool and pour into thin long glasses. Drizzle some raspberry jam on top and garnish with chopped mixed fruits of your choice and serve.
