Ingredients
- 4 medium tomatoes
- 2 jalapenos
- 4-5 garlic cloves
- 1 medium onion
- 1 tablespoon olive oil for drizzling
- Salt to taste
Method
- Heat a non-stick tawa, place whole tomatoes, jalapenos, garlic and onion and roast on all sides for 25-30 minutes or till completely charred.
- Drizzle olive oil and roast further for 2-3 minutes.
- Roughly chop the charred ingredients and put them in a mortar, add olive oil and grind with a pestle till smooth.
- Serve as required.
