By Sanjeev Kapoor 12 Mar 2021 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Yogurt, Rose water Cuisine Indian Course Beverages Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 0-5 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Rose Lassi 4 cups Yogurt 3 tablespoons Rose water 3 tablespo to garnish Dried rose petalsq crushed as required Rose syrup 1 teaspoon Green cardamom powder 1 cup Castor sugar 3 tablespoons Fresh malai as required Pistachios blanched, peeled and chopped as required Almonds chopped Method Take yogurt in a bowl and whisk till smooth. Add cardamom powder, 1 tablespoon rose water and ½ tablespoon crushed dried rose petals and whisk well. Add castor sugar and whisk till the sugar dissolves completely. Add malai and whisk till smooth. Spread some pistachios and almonds on a plate and mix them well. Take rose syrup in a bowl, dip the rims of tall serving glasses in the syrup and coat them with pistachio-almond mixture.
