STUFFED CAPSICUM- SK Khazana Vibrant and colourful capsicum stuffed with a herb infused spicy chicken mixture and topped with a melted gooey cheese. This recipe has featured on the show Khanakhazana. By Sanjeev Kapoor 07 Apr 2020 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Capsicum, Paneer (cottage cheese) Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for STUFFED CAPSICUM- SK Khazana 4 medium Capsicum mixed coloured 1 cup Paneer (cottage cheese) grated 1 tablespoon Oil 1 teaspoon Garlic chopped 1 medium Onion finely chopped 1/4 cup Sweet corn kernels boiled 1/4 cup Green peas 1 medium Carrot grated 1 tablespoon Red chilli sauce to taste Salt 1/4 cup Processed cheese grated Method Heat oil in a nonstick pan. Add garlic, once the garlic turns golden brown, add onions and sauté till golden brown. Add corn, green peas and carrot and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Add cottage cheese, red chilli sauce and mix well. Add salt and mix well. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Take the pan off the heat and set aside. Trim the base and the top of the capsciums and remove the seeds to make cavity. Reserve the tops. Add the processed cheese to the cottage cheese mixture and mix well. Preheat the oven to 180˚C Brush oil on capsicums and tops and arrange on baking tray and stuff the prepared stuffing. Cover with the tops. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes.
