By Sanjeev Kapoor 28 Feb 2020 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Seekh Kebab, Oil Cuisine Indian Course Main Course Chicken Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 21-25 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Seekh Kebab Masala-SK Khazana 5-6 Seekh Kebab cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces 1 tablespoon Oil 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds 1 Large onion finely chopped 2 Green chillies chopped 1 tablespoon Ginger-garlic paste 1 Medium tomato finely chopped 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder 1 teaspoon Coriander powder 2-3 tablespoons Yogurt 1 1/2 tablespoons Browned onion paste 1 tablespoon Cashewnut paste 1 teaspoon Garam masala powder 1/2 teaspoon Lemon juice 1 1/2 teaspoons Fresh coriander leaves chopped for garnish Fresh mint leaves Method Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add cumin seeds and onion and sauté till onion turns a golden brown. Add green chillies and ginger-garlic paste, mix and sauté for 2 minutes. Add tomato, mix and sauté till tomato becomes pulpy. Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder and coriander powder, mix and sauté till oil separates. Add ¼ cup water and mix well. Add yogurt and mix well. Add salt and mix. Add browned onion paste and mix well. Add cashewnut paste and mix well and sauté for 1-2 minutes. Add ½ cup water and mix. Add seekh kebab pieces, garam masala powder, lemon juice and coriander leaves and mix well. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
