By Sanjeev Kapoor 02 Mar 2017 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Boneless chicken, Hung curd Cuisine Middle Eastern Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Shish Taouk 250 grams Boneless chicken legs, cut into 1½ inch pieces ½ cup Hung curd 1 tablespoon Garlic chopped 1 tablespoon Tomato puree ½ tablespoon Lemon juice ½ teaspoon Cumin powder 1 teaspoon Paprika to taste Salt 1-2 Fresh oregano sprigs 1 tablespo for cooking Olive oil for garnishing Onion rings 1 for garnishing Lemon wedges for garnishing Fresh parsley sprig Method Take hung yogurt, garlic, tomato puree, lemon juice, cumin powder, paprika, salt, torn oregano sprigs and 1 tablespoon olive oil in a bowl and mix Add chicken and mix well. Set aside to marinate for 10-15 minutes. Insert the marinated chicken pieces onto metal skewers. Heat a non-stick griller and grease with some olive oil. Place the skewers on it and grill, rotating the skewers and basting with olive oil, till the chicken is golden from all sides and cooked.
