By Sanjeev Kapoor 16 May 2019 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Yogurt, Sugar Cuisine Maharashtrian Course Mithais Prep Time 7-8 hour Cook time 0-5 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Shrikhand - SK Khazana 4 cups Yogurt 2 tablespoons Sugar powdered 7-8 Almonds cut into slivers 8-10 Pistachios cut into slivers A pinch of saffron soaked in 2 tablespoons of milk Method Place a strainer over a bowl and line it with muslin cloth, pour the yogurt into it, tie the cloth and place a weight on top to drain the whey or excess water. Set aside in refrigerator for 6-8 hours to get hung yogurt. Pass it through a sieve to get a smooth texture and collect in another bowl. Add powdered sugar and mix well.
