By Sanjeev Kapoor 21 Apr 2021 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Medium custard apples (sitaphal), Full fat milk Cuisine Indian Course Desserts Prep Time 31-40 minutes Cook time 31-40 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Sitaphal Rabdi - SK Khazana 2 Medium custard apples (sitaphal) seeded and pulp removed 4 cups Full fat milk 2 tablespoons Powdered sugar 1/2 teaspoon Green cardamom powder to garnish Almonds slivered to garnish Pistachios slivered Method Heat milk in non-stick pan till it comes to a boil. Keep cooking on medium heat till it thickens at the edges. Scrape the edges and add it to the milk. Continue to cook on medium heat till it reduces to half. Transfer in a bowl and set aside to cool. Add sugar, custard apple pulp and cardamom powder, mix well and blend lightly.
