By Sanjeev Kapoor 02 Mar 2017 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Yogurt, Fresh mint leaves Cuisine Indian Course Beverages Prep Time 6-10 minutes Cook time 0-5 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Smoked Chaas 2 cups Yogurt 1 tablespoon Fresh mint leaves chopped 1 tablespo for garnishing Fresh coriander leaves chopped to taste Salt 1 teaspoon Ginger finely chopped 7-8 Curry leaves 1-2 Green chillies finely chopped 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds 1 tablespoon Oil Method Grind together 1 cup yogurt, mint leaves, coriander leaves, salt and ginger to a smooth mixture. Add 2 cup water and mix well. Place hot coal in a small steel bowl and place it into a large bowl. Pour the buttermilk mixture into the large bowl. Place curry leaves, green chillies and cumin seeds over the coal and pour oil over them. Cover the large bowl with an aluminium foil and keep for 5 minutes.
