By Sanjeev Kapoor 25 Sep 2019 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Chicken wings, Dried mango powder (amchur) Cuisine Indian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve Taste Tangy Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Smoky Chicken Wings - SK Khazana 10-15 Chicken wings 1/2 teaspoon Dried mango powder (amchur) 1/2 teaspoon Chaat masala 1/2Fresh teaspoon Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon Garlic chopped 1 sprigs Fresh thyme 1 teaspoon for drizzling Oil 1 tablespoon Lemon juice 1 tablespoon Tamarind water to taste Salt 1 tablespoon Black peppercorns crushed 2-3 Charcoal pieces 1 tablespoon Butter 1 Clove Method Take chicken wings in a bowl, add dried mango powder, chaat masala, red chilli powder, garlic, thyme, 1 tbsp oil, lemon juice, tamarind water, salt and crushed black peppercorns and mix well. Create a well in centre and place a stainless steel bowl. Heat charcoal pieces till they turn red. Put them into the stainless steel bowl. Add butter and immediately cover the bowl with a lid to trap the smoke. Seal any perforation on lid with a clove. Set aside for 5-7 minutes. Heat a non-stick pan, place the chicken wings in single file, drizzle oil and cook till the underside is a light golden brown. Flip them, cover the pan and cook on medium heat for 6-7 minutes or till the chicken is completely cooked.
