By Sanjeev Kapoor 19 Mar 2021 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Boneless chicken legs, Fennel powder Cuisine Indian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 26-30 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients 300 grams boneless chicken legs, cut into 1 inch cubes 2 teaspoons fennel powder 1 tablespoon hung yogurt 2 teaspoons roasted gram flour 1 tablespoon coriander-mint paste 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste 1½ teaspoons green-chilli paste 2 teaspoonsmustard oil Salt to taste 1 tablespoon mayonnaise Refined oil for greasing Butter for basting Onion rings, for garnish Lemon wedges, for garnish Green chutney, for serving Method Preheat the air fryer at 200˚C. Mix together chicken, hung yogurt, fennel powder, coriander-mint paste, gram flour, ginger-garlic paste, green-chilli paste, mustard oil, salt, mayonnaise in a bowl. Set aside for 15minutes. Grease the air fryer basket with oil; arrange the marinated chicken pieces on it, air fry for 15minutes. Remove the cooked chicken pieces from the air fryer, baste with butter. Garnish with onion rings, lemon wedge.
