This recipe is from FoodFood TV channel By Sanjeev Kapoor 11 Dec 2015 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Spaghetti, Garlic Cuisine Italian Course Noodles and Pastas Prep Time 21-25 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Ingredients list for Spaghetti Aglio Olio 200 grams Spaghetti 8-10 cloves Garlic 5 tablespoons Extra virgin olive oil 2-3 Fresh red chillies to taste Salt to taste Crushed black peppercorns 2 teaspoons Parmesan cheese powder 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley finely chopped Method Boil plenty of water in a deep non stick pan. Add salt and spaghetti and cook for 8-9 minutes or till the spaghetti is al dante. Crush garlic cloves and chop them finely. Diagonally slice fresh red chillies. Heat 3 tbsps extra virgin olive oil in a non stick pan, add garlic and saute till fragrant.Add red chillies and continue to saute. Remove spaghetti from the boiling water and add to the garlic in the pan. Sprinkle some salt and little freshly crushed black peppercorns and mix well. Add remaining olive oil and mix well. Add parmesan cheese powder and mix well.Sprinkle parsley and mix. Serve immediately.
