Ingredients
- 150 grams spaghetti, boiled
- 2-3 Italian sausages, cut into diamonds
- 1 small green capsicum, cut into small squares
- 1 small red capsicum, cut into small squares
- 1 small yellow capsicum, cut into small squares
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper powder to taste
- 1/4 cup fresh cream
- 4 tablespoons grated cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons grated mozzarella cheese
- Finely chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Method
- Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan. Add green, red and yellow capsicums, sausages and mix well.
- Add salt, pepper powder and mix. Add cream, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, mix and cook for a minute.
- Add spaghetti, mix well and let it get heated through.
- Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
