By Sanjeev Kapoor 05 May 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Pita bread, Cabbage Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 6-10 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Ingredients list for Spicy Pita Roll 4 Pita bread Cabbage 6 tablespoons Cabbage grated 6 tablespoons Carrot grated 2 tablespoons Garlic yogurt sauce 2 tablespoons Tomato ketchup 2 teaspoons Red chilli sauce 4 tablespoons Mint mayonnaise 4 leaves Iceberg lettuce chopped 4 Black olives halved GARLIC YOGURT SAUCE 1/2 teaspoon Garlic paste 2 tablespoons Thick yogurt MINT MAYONNAISE 4 tablespoons Mayonnaise 1 teaspoon Mint chutney Method Mix cabbage, carrot, garlic yogurt sauce, tomato ketchup and red chilli sauce and mix. Heat a non stick tawa on medium heat. Place one pita bread on the tawa at a time and let them heat through. Place the heated pita breads on work top. Spread some mint mayonnaise all over each of them. Place a quarter of the above salad at one end of each bread. Sprinkle lettuce leaves and roll the pita bread tightly. Halve the rolls diagonally and place on a serving bread. String a black olive half on a toothpick and prick it on one side of each pita roll. Serve immediately.
