By Sanjeev Kapoor 10 Sep 2018 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Spinach puree, Cheddar cheese Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 21-25 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Spinach Cheese Balls-SK Khazana 1 cup Spinach puree 1/3 cup Cheddar cheese grated 1/3 cup Processed cheese grated 3 tablespoons Cornflour 1/4 cup Dried breadcrumbs 1/4 cup Panko breadcrumbs to taste Salt to taste Black pepper powder 2 teaspoons Red chilli flakes for deep-frying Oil 1/2 cup Cabbage shredded 2 tablespoons Carrot strips 1 tablespoon Lemon juice Method Mix together spinach puree, cornflour, breadcrumbs, panko breadcrumbs, salt and pepper powder in a bowl. Mix together cheddar cheese, processed cheese, salt, pepper powder and chilli flakes in another bowl. Divide the cheese mixture into equal balls. Divide the spinach mixture into equal portions. Spread each spinach portion in your palm, place a cheese ball in the centre, bring the edges together and shape into a ball. . Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Deep-fry balls golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper. Mix together cabbage, carrot, pepper powder, salt and lemon juice in a bowl.
