Add bay leaf, cloves, black peppercorns, black cardamom and cumin seeds and sauté till fragrant. Add green chillies, carrot, green peas, ginger and spinach and stir. Add rice and mix. Add soy milk and salt and stir. Add one cu Cover and cook on medium heat till the rice is done. Serve hot.
