Ingredients list for Spinach Soy Milk Pulao

  • 2 bunches Rice chopped
  • 2 cups Soya milk
  • 1 1/2 cups Basmati rice soaked
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Oil
  • 1 Bay leaf
  • 4 Cloves
  • 6 Black peppercorns
  • 1 Black cardamom
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • 2 Green chillies slit
  • 1 medium Carrot diced
  • 2 tablespoons Green peas
  • 1 inch piece Ginger sliced
  • to taste Salt

Method

  1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add bay leaf, cloves, black peppercorns, black cardamom and cumin seeds and sauté till fragrant. Add green chillies, carrot, green peas, ginger and spinach and stir. Add rice and mix. Add soy milk and salt and stir. Add one cu
