Ingredients
- 1/4 cup mixed sprouts boiled
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon ginger chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic chopped
- 1/4 cup onion chopped
- 1/4 cup tomatoes chopped
- 2 teaspoons red chilli powder
- 1 tablespoon shredded cabbage
- 2 cups vegetable stock
- Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 tablespoons coriander leaves chopped
- a pinch white pepper powder
Method
- Heat butter in a non stick pan, add garlic, ginger and cook till golden brown.
- Add onions and saute till light brown. Add tomato puree and cook for a minute.
- Add red chilli powder, mixed sprouts, cabbage saute for a minute and add vegetable stock, salt and sugar and let it simmer for fifteen to twenty minutes.
- Serve hot garnished with coriander and white pepper powder.
