By Sanjeev Kapoor 21 Jul 2020 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Squids Cuisine Indian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 6-10 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Non-Veg Ingredients 4 large squids, cleaned and cut into rings 1½ tablespoons oil Salt to taste ½ teaspoon turmeric powder 2 teaspoons chopped garlic ½ teaspoon chopped ginger 1 small onion, cut into dice 2-3 green chillies, slit ¼ cup mixed coloured capsicum dice 1 teaspoon lemon juice 1 teaspoon butter Method Heat oil in a non-stick wok, meanwhile, take squid rings in a bowl. Sprinkle salt, turmeric powder and mix well. Set aside. Add garlic, ginger and sauté for a few seconds. Add onion and sauté till translucent. Add the squid rings, green chillies and mixed capsicums.
