Heat sufficient ghee in a kadai and deep-fry the bread roundels till golden brown and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper. Heat Hershey’s Strawberry Syrup in a non-stick pan. Add green cardamom powder and mix well. Add fried bread roundels, stir and cook till the bread slightly softens. Transfer the bread roundels onto a serving plate. Add khoya to the pan and mix till it melts. Pour the mixture on top of the bread roundels. Make fans of fresh strawberries.
