By Sanjeev Kapoor 04 Jun 2021 in Recipes Course New Update Stuffed Mushrooms Main Ingredients Button mushrooms, Onions Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Ingredients 14-16 button mushrooms 1 tablespoon crushed garlic 1 tablespoon grated ginger 2-3 green chillies 18-20 shrimps 2 spring onion bulbs Salt to taste 2 tablespoons olive oil Crushed black peppercorns to taste Juice of 1 lemon Method Discard stalks of mushrooms to make them hollow. Put garlic and ginger in a mixer jar. Roughly chop green chillies and add. Add shrimps. Quarter spring onion bulbs, add and grind. Add salt and grind to a smooth paste. Transfer the paste into a bowl. Dampen your palms with water and stuff the ground paste into the hollowed mushrooms. Put olive oil in a bowl, add salt, crushed peppercorns and lemon juice and mix well. Roll the mushrooms in this mixture, place them in an air fryer basket and cook at 180º C for 10 minutes.
