This recipe is from FoodFood TV channel By Sanjeev Kapoor 09 Dec 2014 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Fresh Dough, Tomato Concasse Cuisine Italian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Ingredients list for Stuffed Pizza Fresh Dough 1 medium Tomato Concasse 1 Green capsicum 3 tablespoons Extra virgin olive oil 1/4 Tomato concasse 1 cup Mozzarella cheese grated 1/2 teaspoon Crushed black peppercorns 1/2 teaspoon Dried mixed herbs 1 Fresh red chilli thinly sliced 2 Pickled jalapeno peppers sliced Method Preheat oven at 180°C. Slice onion and green capsicum. Divide the pizza dough into 2 portions and roll each as thinly as possible. Brush 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil on a baking tray and place one pizza on it.Spread most of the tomato concasse on it. Sprinkle most of the onion and capsicum. Sprinkle most of the mozzarella cheese, crushed black pepper, ¼ tsp mixed herbs, fresh red chilli, 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil and place the second pizza round over. Press the edges to seal and roll them slightly. Sprinkle remaining mozzarella cheese over the top of the second pizza round, remaining tomato concasse, pickled jalapeno, remaining onion and capsicum, remaining olive oil and remaining mixed herbs. Keep the tray in the preheated oven and bake till the base is cooked the cheese melted.
