Ingredients
- 6 cups Sugarcane juice
- 5 Lemons halved
- as required Fresh mint leaves
- Salt 1 teaspoon + for rimming
- Black salt (kala namak) 1 teaspoon + for rimming
- Black pepper powder 1 teaspoon + for rimming
- as required Lemon slices
Method
- Cut 2 lemon into eight pieces and add it to a large jar, add a few mint leaves, and muddle them together.
- Add salt, black salt, black pepper powder snd squeeze the juice of 2 lemons into it. Add sugarcane juice, and mix well.
- Take some black salt, black pepper powder and a little salt and mix well. Apply a little lemon juice on the rims of 4 serving glasses and press them over this mixture.
- Put some ice cubes in these rimmed glasses, a few lemon slices, a few mint leaves and strain the sugarcane mixture directly into the glasses.
- Mix well and serve chilled.
