By Sanjeev Kapoor 14 Aug 2020 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Sugarcane juice, Lemons Cuisine Fusion Course Beverages Prep Time 6-10 minutes Cook time 0-5 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Ingredients list for Sugarcane Mojito - SK Khazana 6 cups Sugarcane juice 5 Lemons halved as required Fresh mint leaves Salt 1 teaspoon + for rimming Black salt (kala namak) 1 teaspoon + for rimming Black pepper powder 1 teaspoon + for rimming as required Lemon slices Method Cut 2 lemon into eight pieces and add it to a large jar, add a few mint leaves, and muddle them together. Add salt, black salt, black pepper powder snd squeeze the juice of 2 lemons into it. Add sugarcane juice, and mix well. Take some black salt, black pepper powder and a little salt and mix well. Apply a little lemon juice on the rims of 4 serving glasses and press them over this mixture. Put some ice cubes in these rimmed glasses, a few lemon slices, a few mint leaves and strain the sugarcane mixture directly into the glasses.
