Ingredients list for Sugarcane Mojito - SK Khazana

  • 6 cups Sugarcane juice
  • 5 Lemons halved
  • as required Fresh mint leaves
  • Salt 1 teaspoon + for rimming
  • Black salt (kala namak) 1 teaspoon + for rimming
  • Black pepper powder 1 teaspoon + for rimming
  • as required Lemon slices

Method

  1. Cut 2 lemon into eight pieces and add it to a large jar, add a few mint leaves, and muddle them together.
  2. Add salt, black salt, black pepper powder snd squeeze the juice of 2 lemons into it. Add sugarcane juice, and mix well.
  3. Take some black salt, black pepper powder and a little salt and mix well. Apply a little lemon juice on the rims of 4 serving glasses and press them over this mixture.
  4. Put some ice cubes in these rimmed glasses, a few lemon slices, a few mint leaves and strain the sugarcane mixture directly into the glasses.
  5. Mix well and serve chilled.
