By Sanjeev Kapoor 23 Mar 2021 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Semolina (suji), Rice flour Cuisine South Indian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 7-8 hour Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients 1 cup semolina ( suji) 1 tablespoon rice flour ½ cup yogurt 3 tablespoons grated carrot 6-8 spinach leaves, shredded Salt to taste 1 teaspoon cumin seeds Crushed black peppercorns to taste Oil to shallow fry Method Mix the semolina and rice flour in a bowl. Add yogurt and mix well. Cover and set aside for 6-8 hours. Add carrot, spinach leaves, salt, cumin seeds and crushed peppercorns and mix well. You can add little water if required to adjust the consistency. Drizzle little oil on a nonstick tawa. Spread spoonful of batter and spread lightly. Drizzle some oil and allow the underside to cook.
