Heat for one minute. Add the cream to the chocolate and whisk till smooth. Add the espresso shot and mix well. Add butter and mix. Add honey and mix. The sauce is ready. Place a couple of scoops of butterscotch ice cream followed by a couple of scoops of vanilla ice cream in each stemmed glass. Sprinkle almonds, cashewnuts and walnuts. Drizzle the sauce. Sprinkle pistachios over the top and serve immediately.
