By Sanjeev Kapoor 25 Sep 2019 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Buttermilk (chaas), Red chilli powder Cuisine Indian Course Beverages Prep Time 6-10 minutes Cook time 0-5 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Tadka Chaas - SK Khazana 1 litres Buttermilk (chaas) 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder to taste Salt 3 tablespoons Ghee 1/2 teaspoon Cumin seeds 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder 1 tablespoon Fresh coriander leaves chopped 1 tablespoon Fresh mint leaves chopped Method Take buttermilk in a large bowl, add red chilli powder and salt and mix well. For tempering, heat ghee in a non-stick pan and add cumin seeds. When they change colour, add turmeric powder and sauté for ½ minute. Switch off heat and add it to buttermilk mixture and mix well. Add coriander leaves and mint leaves and mix well. Let it stand for 3-4 minutes.
