Ingredients 

    • 500 ml buttermilk (chaas)
    • ½ tsp red chilli powder 
    • Salt to taste
    • 3 tbsps ghee
    • ¼ tsp cumin seeds
    • ¼ tsp turmeric powder 
    • 1 tbsp chopped fresh coriander leaves
    • 1 tbsp chopped fresh mint leaves

    Method

    1. Add chaas, red chilli powder and salt in a bowl. Mix well.
    2. For tempering, heat ghee in a non-stick pan and add cumin seeds, turmeric powder. Sauté till cumin seeds turns brown. Switch off heat and add tadka mixture into chaas mixture. Mix well.
    3. Add coriander and mint. Mix well.
    4. Transfer the prepared chaas in a serving glass.
    5. Serve immediately.
