Put mashed potatoes in a bowl. Add cumin powder, red chilli powder and freshly crushed garlic to the pan and sauté. Add this to the potatoes and mix. Add tahini and mix well. Add cream and mix well. Add salt and mix well. Transfer the mixture into a serving plate, sprinkle sesame seeds and a little red chilli powder and serve warm or cold.
