By Sanjeev Kapoor 22 Jul 2020 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Green cardamoms, Milk Cuisine Fusion Course Desserts Prep Time 7-8 hour Cook time 6-10 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Ingredients list for Tahini and Cardamom Ice Cream - SK Khazana 8-10 Green cardamoms 1 cup Milk 1 cup Fresh cream 3/4 cup Milk powder 1 cup Condensed milk 1/4 cup Tahini 1 tablespoon black sesame seeds (kale til) toasted 1 tablespoon White sesame seeds toasted for garnish Sesame Tuile Method Put the green cardamom in a mortar and crush with the pestle. Heat in a deep non-stick pan, pour milk and fresh cream into it and whisk well. Add crushed cardamom and whisk well. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Set aside to cool for sometime. .Strain this mixture into a blender jar, add milk powder, condensed milk, and tahini and blend into a smooth mixture. Strain the mixture into a freeze proof container. Sprinkle black sesame seeds and white sesame seeds on top and cover the container with its tight fitting lid. Keep it in the freezer to set.
