Drain and set aside. Heat a non-stick pan, add the grated pumpkin and cook for a while to remove the moisture. Add sugar, mix and cook for till the pumpkin gets cooked. Add remaining ghee, green cardamom powder, fried raisins and cashewnuts and mix.
