By Sanjeev Kapoor 04 Mar 2019 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Tender coconut, Sago (sabudana) Cuisine Indian Course Desserts Prep Time 8-10 hour Cook time 26-30 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Ingredients list for Tender Coconut And Sago Kheer 1 cup Tender coconut chopped ½ cup Sago (sabudana) soaked 3 cups Coconut milk 4 teaspoons Sugar Free Natura Gold ½ teaspoon Green cardamom powder 10-12 Pistachios finely chopped 10-12 Almonds finely chopped 6-8 Seedless dates soaked and pureed Method Heat two cups of water in a non-stick handi. Add the sago and cook on low heat for ten to twelve minutes or till the sago gets cooked. Add the Sugar free Natura Gold and cardamom powder and stir on low heat till well combined. Add the coconut milk and mix. Cook for two to three minutes. Add the tender coconut, half the pistachios and almonds, dates and mix. Stir and cook for five to seven minutes or till the kheer thickens.
