Ingredients list for Thai Green Curry Paste - SK Khazana

  • 1 small bunches Fresh coriander leaves
  • 2 tablespoons Coriander seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Cumin seeds
  • 1 tablespoon White peppercorns
  • 10-12 Fresh coriander roots
  • 4-5 Green chillies
  • 10-12 Shallots
  • 1 inches Galangal roughly chopped
  • 2 inches Lemongrass stalk
  • 8-10 Garlic cloves
  • 6-8 Kaffir lime leaves
  • 1 inches Fresh turmeric roughly chopped
  • 1 Kaffir lime

Method

  1. Put coriander leaves, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, peppercorns, coriander roots, green chillies, shallots, galangal, lemongrass, garlic, kaffir lime leaves and turmeric in a grinder jar. Grate in zest of kaffir lime and add sufficient water and blend to a smooth paste.
  2. Use as required.
