Drain and grind to a thick fine paste. Keep it covered in an airtight container. Clean and dry roast the sesame seeds. Pour into a mortar and pound them roughly. Grate the jaggery and add the roughly pounded sesame seeds. Mix with your fingertips. Heat a tawa to medium hot. Grease it with ghee. Spread a ladleful of the rice batter to the size of a small puri. When the batter becomes firm, place a spoonful of the filling in the center and fold over the sides of the rice puri over it. Remove and leave it to cool.
