By Sanjeev Kapoor 05 Apr 2019 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Sesame Seeds, Jaggery Cuisine Maharashtrian Course Mithais Prep Time 31-40 minutes Cook time 26-30 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Ingredients list for Tilache Laddoo 250 grams Sesame Seeds 1 cup Jaggery grated 1/4 cup Peanuts 1/4 cup Dry coconut (khopra) grated 1/2 teaspoon Green cardamom powder 1/2 tablespoon Pure ghee Method Roast white sesame seeds on hot tawa till crisp taking care that they do not change colour. Roast peanuts, remove skin and then make a coarse powder. Lightly roast grated dry coconut. Mix sesame seeds, peanut powder, grated dry coconut and green cardamom powder. Melt the jaggery and cook till soft ball consistency is formed. Mix all dry ingredients in it and roll into laddoos. Allow to cool and serve.
