By Sanjeev Kapoor 24 Nov 2021 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Clams (tisrya), Oil Cuisine Maharashtrian Course Main Course Seafood Prep Time 26-30 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Tisrya Chi Ek Shipi 2 cups Clams (tisrya) , cleaned 2 tablespoons Oil 1 tablespoon Garlic , crushed 3 Green chillies , slit 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder a pinch Asafoetida 4 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves , chopped 1 large Onion , finely chopped 5 Kokum petals 1/2 cup Fresh coconut , scraped to taste Salt to garnish Fresh coriander sprig Method Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add garlic, green chillies, turmeric powder, asafoetida, 2 tablespoons coriander leaves, onion, kokum petals and clams and mix well. Add coconut and salt, mix well and cook for 10 minutes. Remove from heat, add remaining coriander leaves and mix well.
