Ingredients 

  • 3 cups tomato puree
  • 2 teaspoons red chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder 
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon dried ginger powder (saunth)
  • Salt to taste
  • Black salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar

Method

  1. Heat tomato puree in a non-stick pan and bring to a boil. Add red chilli powder, onion powder, garlic powder, ginger powder, and mix. 
  2. Add salt, black salt, sugar, and mix. Add vinegar, mix and cook for a minute.   
  3. Strain in a bowl and cool at room temperature. 
  4. Pour in a bottle using a funnel.
