By Sanjeev Kapoor 24 Nov 2021 in Recipes Course New Update Advertisment Main Ingredients Fresh tomato puree, Red chilli powder Cuisine Fusion Course Gravies, Sauces and Stocks Prep Time 21-25 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Tomato Ketchup 3 cups Fresh tomato puree 2 teaspoons Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon Onion powder 1 teaspoon Garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon Dried ginger powder (saunth) to taste Salt to taste Black salt 1 teaspoon Sugar 1 teaspoon Vinegar Method Boil tomato puree in a deep non-stick pan. Add red chilli powder, onion powder, garlic powder and ginger powder and mix well. Add salt, black salt and sugar, and mix. Add vinegar, mix and cook for a minute. Strain into a bowl and cool down to room temperature. Pour into a bottle through a funnel.
