By Sanjeev Kapoor 24 Nov 2021 in Recipes Veg New Update Tomato Ketchup Main Ingredients Fresh tomato puree, Red chilli powder Cuisine Fusion Course Gravies, Sauces and Stocks Prep Time 21-25 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients 3 cups tomato puree 2 teaspoons red chilli powder 1 teaspoon onion powder 1 teaspoon garlic powder ½ teaspoon dried ginger powder (saunth) Salt to taste Black salt to taste 1 teaspoon sugar 1 teaspoon vinegar Method Heat tomato puree in a non-stick pan and bring to a boil. Add red chilli powder, onion powder, garlic powder, ginger powder, and mix. Add salt, black salt, sugar, and mix. Add vinegar, mix and cook for a minute.
