Ingredients list for Tricoloured Phirni
- 200 grams Broken rice soaked
 - 1 litre Milk
 - 100 grams Sugar
 - 1/4 teaspoon Cardamom powder
 - 1/4 cup Fresh kiwi crush
 - 1/2 teaspoon Rose water
 - 1/4 cup Fresh orange crush
 - 2 tablespoons Slivered pistachios
 - 6-8 Almonds blanched, peeled and slivered
 - Few strands of saffron
 
Method
- Wash the rice and grind it to make fine paste.
 - Boil milk in a non stick pan and add ground rice paste and cook on slow fire stirring constantly.
 - When the mixture is thick, add sugar and cardamom powder and divide into three portions.
 - In one portion, add kiwi crush, the second, add orange crush And the third, add rose water.
 - Set the three portions in three moulds and refrigerate. Place three cold and set moulds in a platter.
 - Garnish the platter with pistachios, almonds and saffron.
