By Sanjeev Kapoor 06 Mar 2017 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Cauliflower, Carrots Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 31-40 minutes Cook time 6-10 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Veggie Fingers ½ cup Cauliflower grated ¼ cup Carrots grated 1 tablespoon Fresh coriander leaves chopped 1 medium Onion finely chopped 2 medium Potatoes boiled, peeled and grated ½ teaspoon Garam masala powder 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder to taste Salt ¼ cup Mozzarella cheese grated as required Fresh bread crumbs 2-3 tablespoons Refined flour (maida) for deep-frying Oil as required Tomato ketchup Method Take cauliflower, carrot, coriander leaves, onion, potatoes, garam masala powder, chilli powder, salt and mozzarella cheese in a bowl and mix well. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into 2 inch thick rolls. Spread some breadcrumbs on a plate and coat each roll with it. Take flour and some water in another bowl and whisk well to make a smooth batter. Spread some breadcrumbs on the worktop. Dip the prepared rolls in the batter and roll them in the breadcrumbs on the worktop. Transfer onto a plate and freeze for 15-20 minutes. Heat sufficient oil in a pan. Deep-fry rolls in hot oil till golden and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.
