By Sanjeev Kapoor 20 Aug 2018 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Readymade pizza dough, Mozzarella cheese Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 21-25 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Veggie Pizza-SK Khazana 400 grams Readymade pizza dough 6 tablespoons Mozzarella cheese grated 1/4 cup 3 coloured capsicums cut into strips 3-4 Cherry tomatoes sliced 1 1/2 tablespoons Corn kernels 3-4 Button mushrooms sliced 3-4 Black olives sliced to taste Salt for greasing Oil for dusting Refined flour (maida) 2 tablespoons Pizza sauce for dus to sprinkle Dried mixed herbs to sprinkle Red chilli flakes 1 tablespoon Olive oil 5-6 Fresh basil leaves for garnish Fresh basil sprig Method Preheat oven to 180ยบ C. Grease a baking tray with some oil. Dust the worktop with some flour, place the dough on it, roll out into a thick disc and place on the greased tray. Prick the pizza base all over. Spread pizza sauce on it and top with 2 tablespoons cheese, capsicum strips, cherry tomato halves, corn kernels, mushrooms and olives. Sprinkle some mixed herbs and chilli flakes. Drizzle olive oil. Place basil leaves and sprinkle remaining cheese. . Put the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 10-15 minutes.
