Ingredients
- 5 medium potatoes , boiled, peeled and mashed
- 1 tablespoon ghee
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon red chilli powdefr
- Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 cup roasted peanuts , powdered
- 2 tablespoons scraped fresh coconut
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander leaves
- Fresh coriander sprig to garnish
Method
- Heat ghee in a deep non-stick pan. Add cumin seeds and once they start to change colour, lower the heat and add red chilli powder, salt, sugar and mix well.
- Add boiled potatoes and mix well. Add powdered peanuts, coconut and coriander leaves and mix well.
- Add 2 cups water and mix and cook on medium heat for 4-5 minutes.
- Transfer into a serving bowl, garnish with coriander sprig and serve hot with puris.
