Ingredients
- 1 medium cucumber, peeled
- A few mint sprigs
- 2 tsps lemon juice
- A few peppermint leaves
- 6-7 ice cubes, crushed + to serve
- A pinch of black salt + for rimming
- Fresh wheat grass as required
- Lemon slice for garnish
Method
- Roughly chop cucumber and add into a blender jar, mint sprigs, peppermint leaves, crushed ice and black salt. Blend to a smooth mixture.
- Snip fresh wheat grass and roughly chop them. Transfer them into the same blender jar and blend again till smooth.
- Strain the mixture into a bowl and transfer into a jar. Refrigerate till chilled.
- For serving, rim the glass with a little lemon juice and dip it into black salt. Add crushed ice into and pour over the prepared mixture into. Serve chilled.
