Transfer into the same bowl. Add walnuts to the same pan and dry roast till crisp. Transfer into the same bowl. Add red chilli powder, sea salt and garlic cloves and mix together. Transfer the mixture into a blender jar and blend to a coarse powder. Transfer into a serving bowl and let it cool down to room temperature.
