By Sanjeev Kapoor 08 Jun 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Wheat flour, Semolina (rawa/suji) Cuisine Indian Course Mithais Prep Time 0-5 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Wheat and Semolina Laddoos 1 cup Wheat flour 1/2 cup Semolina (rawa/suji) 3 tablespoons Ghee 1 teaspoon Cardamom powder 8-10 Raisins 1 tablespoon Almond slivers 3/4 cup Powdered sugar Method Heat 1 tablespoon ghee in a kadai. Add wheat flour and roast till fragrant. Remove the kadai from heat and transfer into a bowl. Place the same pan back on heat, add 1 tablespoon ghee and roast semolina till fragrant. Add roasted semolina to the same bowl, cool to room temperature. Add cardamom powder, raisins, almonds and sugar and mix well. Add remaining ghee and mix well. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into laddoos.
