White Chocolate and Almond Cookies A heavenly combination of creamy white chocolate chunks and crunchy almonds nestled in soft, buttery cookie dough, a delightful treat for any occasion. By Sanjeev Kapoor 31 May 2021 in Recipes Course New Update White Chocolate and Almond Cookies Main Ingredients White chocolate, White chocolate Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 26-30 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Ingredients 100 grams white chocolate, melted 325 grams white chocolate, chopped 2 tablespoons slivered almonds 1 cup refined flour (maida) 80 grams butter 80 grams castor sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla essence 2 eggs 3 grams baking powder Method Preheat oven to 180̊ C. Cream together butter and castor sugar in a bowl using an electric beater. Add vanilla essence and eggs and whisk. Add melted white chocolate and whisk well. Add chopped white chocolate. Sift together flour and baking powder and fold till well combined into a dough. Line a baking tray with a silicon mat and arrange portions of dough. Put the tray into the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes. Remove from oven and cool.
