Ingredients list for White Gazpacho

  • 1 kilogram Almonds skinned
  • 30 grams Fresh Bread Crumbs
  • 25 litres Red wine vinegar
  • 50 litres Olive oil
  • 5 cloves Garlic
  • to taste Salt

Method

  1. Mix all the ingredients together and blend in electric blender.
    Leave to infuse for 24 hours. Strain through a fine strainer.
  2. Season with salt and serve.
